Prepping my breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon snacks always works. Then I know how many carbs and calories I can have at dinner.

1200 - TOM - I blew it with Dunkin donut munchkins. Needed chocolate. Those little things are 70 calories each.

Every day... and I use trendweight which syncs with my fitbit. It's easier to take the ups and downs when you see a trend. (which is downward)

So... I have done about 5,600 steps today. It has added 232 calories to my set 1,200 I get for the day. So does that mean if I eat 1,432 calories I could still be on a track for losing? I feel any calories I get for my fitbit, should not be eaten. I'm afraid to eat back those calories as I am losing verrryyyyyy slowly.…

I like fitbit for all the reasons above and that it syncs easily with MFP and Map My Fitness Apps. A big PLUS is that I found a website where I can order any color wristband under the sun and can color coordinate with my outfits for real cheap!!

Same boat as you. I know what the problem is though. It's alot easier to count and weigh and be so diligent during the week (desk job). I guess it comes down to wanting it enough. I love shakes for meals, every once in a while. I will also add PB2 and a banana, but always count the calories, as the extra ingredients add to the protein. But like others said, if you do two shakes a day and small dinner, your likely not getting 1200 calories, which what everyone tells me should be the minimum.

TRIMINO is awesome. It's flavored water with 7 grams of protein. Peach and Coconut Pineapple my favorite. Helps a bit with hunger and only 28 calories for entire bottle. Can only get in some stores, but Big Y and Geisslers (local store) carries it.

LOL.. I knew I would open myself up to some criticism. But yes, when I eat meats or pasta I measure with a scale. Otherwise I tend to round up. 3 years ago I weighed 125. I am racking my brain to understand how I could do it then and not now.

hard boiled eggs edamame packs veggies and hummus kind bars fruit and yogurt Try to have a protein with each snack, will keep you full longer (well satisfied) I'm never full.

Love all the 5'2 stats I am 5'2 46 years... struggling with even making scale budge these past 3 weeks. I am 158 and 2 years ago was at 129. Loved it!!! My lowest 123. I think if I had more of weightloss before this hit me, I would be in a better place. Lost 2.8, gain 3. Will have to give til end of week. Patience is not something I am good at.

Consign and good will to what they don't take. It takes a while to build up your account at a consignment shop, but most places let you hold on cashing out until it's a substantial amount.

Weight Watchers has increased point values in some foods to account for your "free" fruit and vegetables. I agree with counting everything. I think MFP has salad or the like in 2 cup measurements. I dont' think anyone ever got truly fat eating vegetables, but it gives you a ball park and accountability. Plus a cup of…
