Thank you for your honesty. I often binge at night and feel so ashamed. Knowing that other people struggle with this but don't let it destroy them helps me tremendously!!! I know that I can do right by my body if I just focus on today. Thank you!!!!

I don't think Dr. Oz is legit, but I have heard this since I was little..... Celery is a perfect example. So, everybody just calm down and shove a celery stick in their pie hole ;)

I'm sorry to COMPLETLY DISAGREE with all of you but "a calorie is a calorie" is FALSE. The body processes different foods completely differently which is why we eat (or should attempt to eat) a balanced diet. Ten lbs. In a month seems like an overly ambitious goal for someone who is not so overweight such as yourself. A healthy goal is usually one to two lbs per week. If you shhot for this MFP will allow you a higher calorie intake. You can also eat a few more calories per day by adding exercise to your routine. If you want to…

Do you live outside of America? I'm not being facious here. It's just that I've only ever heard the gum in public thing in countries like Singapore where, I believe, its illegal. And actually I think that's only if you spit it out. Why don't they just sell gum on the Black Market or back alleys somewhere then if its so…

I could probably out-lazy you any day of the week! Exercise is really hard for me so I started off just making small changes that I didn't get overwhelmed by. If you want weight loss to last a lifetime, you need to make changes you can stick with right? So for me I did things like replace my sugary morning cereal with zero…
