My 13 month weight loss journey

In June of 2014 I started a journey to get healthy. I eliminated gluten and was off all of my fibromyalgia meds within 6 weeks. In Feb of 2015, I eliminated all dairy, sugar, and beans, and began keeping track of my calories using the myfitnesspal app on my phone. As of 9-19-2015, I have lost 70lbs! I NEVER could have done it without myfitnesspal and the fact that I have a friend who can see everything I eat. q3ujrxknncaa.jpg
