Started at 278lbs on my 30th birthday....insert crying. Fast forward to 155lbs....no more crying and my 33rd birthday is right around the corner. It seems impossible and then you wake up one morning and realize you’re succeeding and you become determined to never quit.

Spitting/horking in front of me. Gag! Bad kisser If they can’t show affection through touch, like holding hands etc. It doesn’t have to be a smooch fest in public but a little subtle contact is important to me.

I have continued to drop my body fat, last check in was in the 21%range and my bat wings have flown away. Keep working and yours will too

That sometimes the journey is lonely and you feel like everyone is against your efforts. During those hard times though is when you bump into someone at the gym or you get a random compliment that reminds you about why you keep doing what we do.

I am experiencing this a lot too and still have 12lbs to the top of a healthy bmi. I intend to get lower and stop when I'm comfortable with my body weight (still in the healthy range) but am so tired of hearing "you're getting to scrawny and I'm worried you aren't eating enough." I lift 3x a week and am not even close too…
