I use it too on days where I feel like I need energy. I wouldn't use it every day so you don't become dependent on it. But I like it and it definitely helps.

Protein ice cream is good too. Scoop of protein powder and lots of ice, blend together. That's how I make mine anyway.

I dropped $35 on a pair of under armor tights and they fall down constantly. But $3.80 forever21 leggings? Nope, they stay put. I don't get.

Personally, I lift weights before cardio. I'd much rather put my energy into lifting than cardio. If you do cardio before, your muscles might be too tired and your form may be off when lifting. But it's a personal preference really, if you can maintain proper form in weight training after cardio then go for it.

Might be a hip flexor strain? I've had that before, it sucks. I pulled mine on the treadmill too, I was running. I'd find some other form of cardio to do until the pain stops. If you push through the pain it might get worse and you could be out of the gym even longer.

I'd say slightly increase your portion of protein for each meal until you hit your goal. You could also try adding a protein shake.

If I have a milk chocolate candy bar in the house, I'm probably going to eat it. But if I have some super dark chocolate, I'll have a square so the chocolate craving will go away. I'd say get the darkest chocolate you will eat, I usually buy 70%, and that way it'll be harder to overeat it bc it's less sweet. I'm just…

Almond milk, unsweetened applesauce, cinnamon and stevia. Sugar free syrup is good in there too.

You don't have to count macros. Counting calories will do just fine, losing weight is calories in vs calories out. Counting macros is more helpful for those who have little to lose. The less body fat you have to lose the more detailed you have to be with your diet. Don't jump into something complicated such as counting…

Plain Greek yogurt works for me for a lot of sauces.

I take in 1 gram per lb of body weight, but it really depends on the person. You can always up your protein if you need to.

A late workout is better than no workout.

I've done it before and made it the whole way through. It did help me learn a lot about the quality of food and what's really in it but I still went back to eating dairy and grains. Can't live without them! The main thing that I'm super proud of was that whole30 got me off of soda for good. Day 9 was the hardest for me, I…

Beef and broccoli stir fry and Mexican ground turkey and quinoa. My two favorites right now

Our bodies are similar, I'm 5'7 around 140. So I do know what you mean about feeling jiggly still. Just keep doing what you're doing and don't forget about weight training, because that's what's going to shape your body. And of course eating well. I'm doing the same, we'll both get there.

January to May. What 4 months did for me.

I used to be like that too. I joined a gym and I was so nervous people were going to judge me. The best advice I can give is to ease into it. The first time I went to the gym all I did was walk on the treadmill and watch other people. Watching other people do things helped me a lot and I learned how to use some of the…

If this is for real and you're not a troll, then you seriously need to rethink your "diet and exercise plan" and follow the calorie and nutrient guidelines mfp set up for you. At this point I'd be shriveled up and dead if I ate that little.
