I reckon you would have more lean body mass. So i would have to drop down to somewhere around 65 kg to hit 10% body fat to get abs. Don't you reckon thats way too skinny? I mean my bmi would even be below average (even though bmi is all *kitten*)

Yes but its a bit difficult for me as im not 100 % certain that i can eat the specific food the next day

Yeah well i dont have visible abs but i feel like my abdominals isnt my greatest strenght so that could be the reason.
