I try hard to find something thats filling if i'm really hungry but not full of tons of calories...like an apple or carrots, celery. I don't if thats helpful, but just a thought.

Similar to what was mentioned above, the looking forward and seeing it going to even worse has to stop you. I just finally realized how i was feeling and didn't like it also.

good read and responses. i had the idea also that you'd burn more fat after fasting. no matter to me, but i do know that i feel better working out after not eating for 8-12 hours. It took me many years to realize working out in the evening after work and lunch etc. that i just didn't feel great versus working out in the…

great idea. having friends that are logging on daily helps me a lot. Just wish they could tell me not to eat that every time i pick up some kind of junk food. lol. Anyways, seriously have a good support group can help a lot. Good luck!

not silly, takes good upper body strength and coordination to do that. Mine is 1.5lbs this week. Week by week. Good luck everyone!
