Consistently hit my step goal everyday.13

Trying to bike for 30 minutes a day. Exercise intolerance does not help with this.6

Perhaps off-topic, but my goal is to remain peaceful, cheerful & upbeat everyday. With all that's going on, plus not being settled in a home & losing a couple of jobs due to Covid, I strive everyday to leave overwhelm at the door, walk for at least 2-mi on the beach everyday (I'm in VA Beach, at least 'til next week) & to look forward, not concentrate on all that coulda-shoulda-woulda been "if only"...
The "bad" doesn't matter really, does it... just move forward with as much cheeriness & peace as possible... & perhaps the next interview will pan out. I'm making it as easy as I'm able... most days I do great... other days, I feel dismal. Still... that's insignificant & passes. Just move, each & every day.
Have a good week, All!28 -
Hitting 20# loss and buying some better-fitting clothing. 4# to go. Hopefully I'll see it by the end of next week.13

I'm bloated and on the top end of my normal bouncing, and so my goal is to see 240 on the scale, and not bounce over 245. My last lowest was 244.8
-
To run at least .66 miles on the treadmill today at OrangeTheory to finish my Marathon Month 26.2 miles on the very last day.16

When I hit 73kg (a loss of 9kg) I will get the big drawer of clothes out from under the bed and see what fits me now. There’s a denim pencil skirt in there that I can’t wait to see again. On current progress, this could happen before Christmas!19

My mini goal for December is to lose 5 lbs. I lost 6 lbs in November. Also to keep up with my walking every day. Good luck to everyone 😎10

My mini goal is to get under 80kg by my birthday in March. I have 13 weeks and roughly 9Kg so it’s not unachievable by any means!3

My mini-goal is to lose approx 6lbs by the new year to be 245lbs, this will be the weight I initially joined MFP at in 2014 (yes, 2014, was on and off for years, mostly off. Came back in 06/2020 at 330lbs) so to hit 245lbs and be the weight I was in 2014 would really feel like coming full-circle for me. It will also mean a total of 85lbs lost since 06/2020.17

To get out of the 170s. 171 today. It was my personal goal by 12/31. I believe I'm going to blow that *kitten* out of the water early11
-
I want to be 189.X by the end of the year. 3 pounds to go 💪12
-
empty the vegetable and fruit drawers before 12/23 when we head out. By eating the food in there rather than having to pitch it. (I don't plan on shopping between now and then, so they are pretty full)7

looking better in my clothes by spring.11

Yup!! Mine too. I don't have a goal to lose per say, just because I still want to be able to enjoy the holidays. But my goal is to not gain! Atleast not more than a pound or two. Congrats on losing 3 though!!6 -
Super silly, but I'd like to be able to cross the monkey bars at the park19
-
not silly, takes good upper body strength and coordination to do that. Mine is 1.5lbs this week. Week by week. Good luck everyone!8
-
I'd like to be at 160 by the time I hit my MFP anniversary on January 6. I think it's remotely possible, I have 5 pounds to lose but also a holiday to cross. So I'll settle for not being over 165. Either way I'll be healthier than I've ever been, because I already am that!11

19 November: Seeing the scale show below 76 kg. ...23 November: The scale showed 75.9 kg this morning! Mind you, that was after I had rowed 16km (working up to a half marathon next Saturday). ...
And this morning (7 December) the scale was hovering between 75.8 and 75.9 kg without my having exercised. It might be back up tomorrow, but this morning it was below 76 kg. That means less than 1 kg to goal! I wonder if I might be below 75.5 kg before Christmas? We'll see!

To hit 30lbs lost (at least) for my doctor's visit at the end of the month, only 2lbs away but the appointment is the Monday after Christmas so I'm leaving some wiggle room12

I'm there too @AlexandraFindsHerself1971 . I'm ok fo ra day or two and then back to the mindless munchies and not logging6 -
My mini goals are breaking my weight loss into a stone at a time to lose about 3 stone in total. Also every time I go up a kg in dumbells it feels like a mini goal achieved. I'm at 3kg but aiming for 5kg or more.

having only 1.4 more lbs to go. until i'm at 20lbs lost.16

My current mini-goal is to maintain my daytime eating discipline & bring my after-dinner eating under control. I'm fighting to get back on track after I hurt my back, haven't exercised or eaten well in 2-3 months. Today has gone well, tonight looks promising.15
