i'll add you :)

definitely! I always eat two fried eggs and one piece of toast for breakfast (280 calories), eggs are the only thing that keep me full so I stick with that.
-
i need more too. I have 6-7 pounds left but they are the most stubborn! add me if you like :)

switch to coffee or tea to beat the caffeine withdrawal and try carbonated flavoured waters (no artificial sweeteners - buy a berry one and a tangerine one).

i still eat a lot of the foods I used to, just smaller amounts. that way i'm more likely to stick to it for the long run. but lunches I keep small (frozen dinners like healthy choice steamers). exercising though, I usually do a 12 incline on the treadmill at 3.4 speed. it's the same as a bowflex, really and its been…

add me! I've battled depression too..(regular in my early 20's and post partum with my son) and I totally understand the over eating! I've overcome it now and I love getting support on here

add me if you want! i'm currently trying to lose 18-ish pounds from pregnancy..even though i'm only 28, it definitely isn't as easy as when I was 20 so I feel for ya but it's doable :) :)

I personally like the Healthy Choice Steamers grilled balsamic chicken and noodles and the grilled chicken marinara ones. I also buy Smart Ones (three cheese ziti and Creamy Rigatoni with Broccoli & Chicken). those ones keep me the fullest. I definitely don't get lean cuisine because i'm just too hungry after them. they…

feel free to add me! started with needing to lose 17, and I've lost 7 so far! I was late starting (my son is 9 months now) but better late than never!

pumpkin sangria

i buy tiki masala or vindaloo indian sauces and put a jar of that, chicken and frozen peas in there and serve it over rice. or I make quesadillas. tortilla, 1/4 cup grated cheese, some fajita seasoned chicken and salsa. fold over and bake (350 degrees) for 10 minutes, flip and cook for another 5.

eggs are best for breakfast (keep you fuller) with toast - bread isn't the enemy in the a.m.- you have all day to burn it! protein bars (watch calories for some), hard boiled eggs or fruit for snacks coffee with cream seems to fill me up after a meal. frozen meals are my lunches normally and usually below 350 calories.

that sauce looks soo good! I haven't tried it roasted yet, but it seems that's a popular way to eat it!
-
I LOVE parmesan..funny I didn't think of that!
-
i tried at the 6 week mark but it didn't last -I was just too tired! I seriously started exercising and watching calories 6 months in (once my son slept through the night)
-
i hate to say it, but I don't count my creamer in my coffee. it's the one thing I leave out of the calorie counting...doesn't seem to make a difference though - I still lose
-
I don't have any yet either, add me if you like!

the first two weeks I was always hungry but I found I had to eat a lot of veggies in between meals to keep me from not going crazy haha. (pealed carrots and had them ready to snack on, pears, raspberries, peppers). but after my stomach adjusted I find I don't need to snack much. if I do, its the foods I listed above or a…

I love carbonated flavoured water! I get tangerine, berry, and lemon lime water that is sweetener and sugar free. I can't go back to regular water!
