  • I'm sure I can tighten that up. I do count like with nuts....like I'll count 17 out, etc... With butter I cut the line that says tablespoon etc.... I use the cups if I need to use cups for something, one slice of cheese is gone slice of cheese, lunch meat I definitely estimate if I eat that. But I'm sure that's not *perfect
  • Doubtful. But I work in a pharmacy, so it was a discussion we had and I explained why she was drinking the HWC. His opinion was absolutely not. He said to wait until her next meal. Felt the KCL would hurt her stomach without more nutrients. But obviously we all do what works for ourselves that's just what he said.

  • If I keep my sodium levels up and supplement magnesium, my potassium levels shouldn't fall anyhow should they? I need to do some more research.   • Me too, I usually make a couple of them every few days and have it as a snack at night. My kids even ask for them. I just melt them under the broiler in my oven. When I had Super Bowl I made up a bunch of them to use for the dips and stuff like that....delicious!!!
