So up for a more successful sober November. I managed all of October bar 4 nights (which for me is the best I’ve done since I was 14. Scary truth!)

Vodka instead with soda water and lime is my choice. Wine goes down too easy so trying to stay clear of it.

Hi, 42 year old bloke from the UK. Time is my biggest issue, but over the past 10 months using MFP I've learnt that planning is my friend. At my home office I have work, family and family related plans for the month on the wall in front of my desk. Plus I've learnt that I'm stronger first thing so try to do weights as soon…
