I'm sorry to hear everything you've been through. I was just diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in September and I'm only 34. Ive been doing chemo since October (every 2 weeks) and have one more session on January 25th. The first 2 months were exhausting for me. I felt fatigued all the time and wasn't active at all. When…

I have to agree with a personal trainer. When I first started going to the gym the only machine I knew how to use properly was the treadmill. A personal trainer will show you how to use each machine properly and how much weight to use for each one. And they will show you other exercises you can do using your own body…

leg press and lat pull. Everything else I like is using my own body weight including TRX, it's definitely my fave!

Most of the workouts I do are body weight with handweights as well. Push ups Plank squats walking lunges bicycle crunches Russian twists walking planks (plank position with elbows on the floors, switch from elbows to hands and back) Burpees wall sit hip thrusts leg curls I could go on and on.... Some inexpensive equipment…

Always give your muscles a day to rest if your in that much pain. On your rest days be sure to do stretches or else the muscles will stiffen up, maybe even try some yoga. After a week or two of the exercises your muscles won't ache as much. But always remember to stretch!

Any type of artifical sugar tastes disgusting in coffee...just my opinion. Try coconut milk if you're looking to cut back on sugar

I don't drink it anymore but when I did and trting to cut back on my sugar intake I used unsweetened coconut milk. It's sweek enough that you won't need to add sugar in my opinion and I loved sugar in my coffee. If it's not sweet enough for you just add more!

Bahahaha! I was just about to add you....we're already friends!

I completely agree. Getting a gym membership is the best thing to do to experiment with what you like and don't like before spending $2000+ on home equipment. After having my gym membership I discovered that I actually prefer using free weights and TRX and for cardiovascular I bought myself a high quality treadmill. Again,…
