I do not break my fast for exercise. I am 18/6 eater and occasionally do 24-48 hour fasts and still exercise intensely. So I would wait until your window opens, The autophagy benefits are great when exercising in the last few hours of your fast period

Done... And welcome to back... to the way man has eaten for millions of years before scientist intervened. And of course remember this has NOTHING to do with the destination and everything to do with the journey!

no offense intended but thats why it should not be called a diet, but instead called, a way of eating, a lifelong way. Its okay to cheat or maybe raise the maximum carb level per day while in maintenance. Listen to your body..... You just said you are feeling do great...... do you WANT to start feeling like crap again?

I used to believe that, but have been IF (with keto) now for 14 months and no longer believe it. and neither do the 35 pounds i lost. It's ok! its how our early ancestors did it naturally and they seemed to populate the world okay.

Yea MFP is the best for tracking macros, especially the premium version unfortunately, does mot do Net carbs, i think because that is still quite the debate.... I have been using it for years and focus on TOTAL carbs.... with one eye out for net carbs

yea the 16-8 eating cycle is great and breaking plateaus... Once you start its easy to continue. and that last 4-5 hours you are literally a FAT burning machine.... Thats even my favorite time to work out and am shocked at my energy level after not eating for 12 hours, fat is the ULTIMATE fuel

You'll get it it after a while, it takes some getting used to and figuring out, I for one find extra exercise does NOT mean i get extra calories, at least when i am trying to lose weight, with maintenance a little, exercise is great and makes me feel good, but for weight loses its a non issue
