I'm sorry you're struggling. Weight loss is primarily about food. Not exercise. Though it certainly helps your health and helps create a deficit. How are you keeping track of/measuring your food/calorie intake?

I have something sweet every single day. Whether it's fruit, a few squares of dark chocolate, or a piece of carrot cake. I plan to have sweets in my daily life forever so I figure I better know how to work them into a healthy lifestyle now.

I started in January with 191lbs to lose. So far I'm down 41lbs. So 150 more to go! It'll take time but I'll get there. So will you :)

I like my cheesecake plain, dense, and with no crust of any kind. I haven't been able to find any like that in years. Believe it or not, Captain D's used to have the very best. It was pure bliss.

Love the Mission Carb Balance wraps. Good for burritos or lunch wraps. Approximately 16g of fiber with 5-6g net carbs for 120 calories. Great way to sneak fiber in.

I banked calories Mon-Thur to allow overages Fri-Sun and still come up under for the week. It worked beautifully and I'll keep doing it for special occasions.

Popcorn does this to me. I made it a point to have lots of water when eating popcorn and the discomfort subsided.

Loved peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches growing up. In high school it was dill pickles dipped in chocolate shakes. Now no weird combos that come to mind.

I absolutely hate flossing. I bought a good electric toothbrush and a water pik. My dentist can't even tell I don't floss anymore, lol. The water pik is a wonderful invention.

Me: 21 Binge: 0 DBF: 32 I had some pretty strong cravings yesterday for junk so I gave in. It could have easily became a full blown binge but I fed the cravings while denying the binge somehow. That was a close call though...

I use an entry for placeholder calories to bank calories through the week. Then on the weekend I use enter negative placeholder calories to use them. But I can only enter the negatives on the website. It won't work on the app.

It matters. According to the USDA site 100g of 80/20 browned and crumbled is 271kcal. 100g of 90/10 browned and crumbled is 230 kcal.
