    Multi-grain Oatmeal with 2% plain Greek yogurt, unflavored protein powder, frozen blueberries, honey, cinnamon and a little butter, and my standard 2 cups of black coffee. :smile: And I had half a banana between my run and breakfast.

    coffee with 2 tbsp half and half; old fashioned oatmeal with 1 tablespoon fresh-ground natural peanut butter stirred in. Now sipping room temp breakfast blend (black and green) tea from my water bottle.

    1c Skim Milk
    2c of black coffee

    287 calories
    14g protein

    1g fat
    1,008mg potassium
    55% Vitamin A
    102% Vitamin C
    131% Calcium
    200% Iron

    Before starting this daily breakfast routine, I was Iron and Potassium deficient.

    An English Muffin with a spread of Laughing Cow Light Cheese (triangle) and added an egg and can of tuna inside. I had a white coffee with no sugar. I'm not at work today so it was more like a brunch than lunch.
