  • Challenge #3: This week I had a caesar salad with romaine lettuce, green beans, peas and a spinach salad. Not super exciting but I did get them all in :)
  • Challenge #2: I chose to do the “TEK IT EASY MON!” I did this on Friday after a very stressful week. It definitely helped me relax.
  • Challenge #1: I chose to do the “MUAY THAI ANYONE?” challenge again. I liked this video so I decided to do it again! I love kickboxing and miss doing it in high school for gym :)
  • Challenge #3: I made roasted red potatoes with EVOO using fresh garlic, thyme, rosemary and a little salt and pepper yum! My favorite way to have potatoes. :) We had friends over for dinner and these are always a go to for a dinner party. They were all gobbled up pretty quick.

  • Challenge #3: This week the vice I left behind is fast food. I have a bad tendency to stop and pick up food when my husband is out of town, while he happened to be out of town this week so I decided this was a good thing to do. I was successful!!
