5 mile run, some walking and another 3 mile run. We’re having some crazy cool weather and I was enjoying myself.

Yes!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
Yes!

I had a small gain, but I was back down to 141.8 today, so I hope it will swoosh down some more by Monday! Down 23.8 lbs. from Feb. 10, and I can't wait to make that 25! I went to Buti Yoga last night, and I hit over 1,000 calories burned by activity on my apple watch yesterday!! I am at 820 today, and I am tired!2 -

Yes on eating, no on drinking, I drink a lot of water normally but our tap water has been tasting nasty so all bottled. I may be drinking less because of it.

Had two rainout and will probably have two more tomorrow. Hopefully we can get a game in Friday.

ugh.... a 3 lb gain... I don't know whats causing it. Not expecting a good loss next week either as I am having a small procedure tomorrow.3 -
@betsymoomoo, are you weighing and measuring everything? Are you drinking calories? Try tightening up in those areas, be sure you're getting all your water in, and hopefully, you'll see a drop next week. Hang in there. Sometimes these things happen even when you're doing everything right.0
