I don’t like sushi rice but LOVE sushi. Some places will make wraps - rice paper instead of rice. They are fantastic.

Yes! Another option is to lift on some of your running days if you have the time and energy, then have your off days be total rest days.

Starting weight 140 Met Easter goal 130 on 4/4. Weekend family vacation, and up to 133 today. Bloating and water weight, yes, but I am recommitted to working hard towards next goal of 125 by 6/2.

I get very hungry at night. Tonight I had a 325 cal caramel brownie with my dinner of pork and ramen. It fits into my goals though it’s “unhealthy” and I’m still losing weight🤷🏻♀️ enjoy your night time meal whatever it may be!

Thank you all for the encouragement and advice! It is hard to be so close but want that last weight but I know that healthy is best. Thank you all for reminding me that where I’m at is okay and that it may be best to go slower for health ❤️

I like cottage cheese as a “salad dressing.” Helps me get protein in as well.

Melissa essential oil works wonders on cold sores. I’ve been getting them my whole life, and now when I feel one coming I put Melissa oil on it and it goes away without breaking through the skin. It’s a miracle oil! I get it from doterra. It is on the more expensive side.

I’m doing a personal plan. I have hills on my schedule about once every 1.5-2 weeks but our hills are covered in snow. So treadmill training will be the bulk of my plan. I’ve heard the same about the hills, that they’re a bit over hyped and it’s the location that’s killer, but proper pacing through the race will help with…

All the ones I've had are around 3-5 I believe. Never had a bad flavor either. Smoothest powder too. Mixes so well.
