Ugh i go thru the same thing here. I think i like snacking at night because thats when my kids are in bed and i can actually relax and eat lol but it ends up putting me over. I need to strengthen my willpower lol

Hello. I sympathize because i can totally relate. I am 25 and disordered eating for a long time. If i ate something that was "bad" i would be like oh screw it, ill try again tomorrow.. Play with the numbers a little. It depends on how much your baby is eating. Start by 400-500 extra then if you are not losing weight still then lower it a bit more. I am breastfeeding my 10 mo old and i just give myself 100 extra calories a day.. I was allowing up to 500 extra before but i wasnt losing weight so i lowered…
