Hi,
I've been in a weight loss battle for years now. I struggle with staying motivated, i'll go through fads of fitness lifestyles, but they never stick.

So far i've lost 6kg, and i'm aiming for at least 6 more. But i really want to tone up and lower my Body fat percentage.

Someone help me! Give me advice and keep me on track.
I'm from Brisbane, Australia.
