  • You have completely transformed! Wow!
  • Hey there! I am dairy free. I have tried pea protein and it was seriously the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. It was a "good brand" too. I switched to Eggwhite Protein. I use Now Brand and it is "rich chocolate". It mixes well and is super good.
  • I have a dairy intolerance (haven't tested for allergy but it is obvious it is dairy). Any amount, even a smudge of dairy in any form, I get bloat and gas. Just a thought.
  • You could probably do yoga-type exercises as well as quiet ones. Kettle bell swings/cleans/snatches Push-ups sit-ups/ab circuits Planks squats Handstand holds Tons of options : )
  • Great work! ONEDERLAND!!! You look amazing and healthy!
  • I really don't have much to say except I feel you. I finally broke through 150 only to get stuck at 149.2 for over a month now. I cannot get below and it is driving me nuts. When I got to that place you are at mentally, I decided to take a break for about two weeks and eat at 2000 cal to get my energy/strength back. Not…
  • It took me about ten pounds before things felt looser. 15 lbs before I dropped a size. I am 5' 8". 20 lbs and weight lifting and I am down two sizes now. I know how you feel! You work so hard to get the ball rolling. It will definitely move! Just keep at it. My losses have been terribly slow so I know how it feels to not…
  • Too low : ( I have been doing about 12-1400 and I am tired a lot. But I gain if I go over that at all. Soooooo. I dunno what ideal is.
  • You have an adorable smile : ) great loss! You look awesome
  • I'm getting stuck at 150. I dipped below 150 but only after I basically starved myself for two days straight (I was in a wedding and super busy. Not intentional.) Now I started lifting and running a lot again and I just cannot seem to dip under the 150 mark. It has been about three weeks of this. My body is changing but…
  • You hit the 15lb loss mark! Great job!
  • I set mine to 1200 calories. I exercise about 4-5 times a week. I wish I could say it melts off, but it has been terribly slow. I have had to work really really hard with high intensity to see any drop on the scale. Most women do not seem to be this way. I am currently breastfeeding so that may have something to do with…
  • Great job on 10 pounds lost!
  • Whoah! There is definitely a difference. You look pretty fantastic!
  • Great job! The mental aspect is hard but so rewarding! You already broke the 180 barrier. On to the 170 barrier! You got this
  • Thank you! I am feeling quite rundown with low calories. I need to get to my goal fast so I can start bulking/muscle gaining.
  • I switch off with my husband. He wakes up early to work out in our home gym in our garage. I get up and immediately put on my workout clothes to get my mindset right. As soon as he is done we flip flop duties. He gets the kiddos I get the barbells (or whatever). I have found that my caloric intake is the MAIN factor with…
  • Ok back to this thread. 5'8" tall SW was about 170. Current weight 149. I haven't seen the 40's since highschool! Crazy. Just got my body fat tested and am 18.9%. I dunno what my strength/weight loss/body comp goals are any more. I still want to get to 145, so that will be first. But after that, I had an arbitrary goal to…
  • Add me to the list of someone happy for you! I finally got mine tested and was going to be happy if it was under 30. I was shocked it had a 1 in front of it. That is a lot of hard work! Great job!
  • I dropped 15 lbs before I dropped a size. I started lifting and dropped another size but only lost 3 more pounds.
  • I am training for one in November! We might move it up to October though. It will be my first one. Currently in weight loss mode and strength building mode. The closer I get, I will probably focus more on distance running and hills. Hubby just bought a sled to train with. Apparently I get to use it too. Yayyyyyy.......
  • I am 5'8" and started at 170 (more like 173). Currently at 153 and I have that same mental block at getting under 150. But I had the same block getting under 160! I have a GW of 145 but I think I really want to try for 135. I was always 145 in high school and college doing athletics. My body is a lot less muscular than it…
  • Well didn't get 15. But I did get just under 12. SW 168 CW 156.6 So I am happy about that!
  • Keep on keeping on! I plateued for about a week and then have quickly lost about three lbs the next. Granted I worked out like a fiend! I really wanted to break into the next weight category. You can do this! SW for this challenge: 168 CW: 158.8 GW for this challenge: 152
  • I could have written this post! Ha! OP, I feel the same. I am proud of my progress so far, but 9 weeks in I am only 9 lbs down. I had a friend just lose 21 lbs in 28 days. I got so discouraged because I have been fighting so hard and it just wants to stick. But I will not give up! And I won't starve myself because I am…
  • Daaaang!!! Atta girl! I have lost 8 lbs since starting over 8 weeks ago. I have had to fight HARD to lose it. It is creeeeeeping off slowly. I struggled last week with a bad attitude and discouragement, but I am so close to breaking into the 150's I cannot stop now. I have a pound and a half to lose! My GW is 145.…
  • Woo! You can do it! I am an ex athlete and have given up my glory day dreams. But I still do track workouts. My favorite ones are repeats. Lately I have been doing 200 meter repeats and 400 meter repeats because I can still focus on some sprinting speed as well as endurance sprints. I have to say though, be a little more…
  • I am completely dairy free. I do eggs. When I feel like I need a change, I will do a spinach egg scramble or a bell pepper and onion scramble. I also do oatmeal, but rarely. It is possible to make almond milk pancakes, but I am not doing carbs so I don't make them anymore. Hope that helps!!

  • Update: SW 167 GW 152 Now: CW 163 Woo! Trying not to be too extreme. Had to eat some extra calories yesterday because of nursing. I am happy so far with my results! Lbs left to lose: 11
  • Ok I have been tracking my food intake well and had a few bad days but I am back at it. Today I weighed in at 165. I feel soooooo much better though. My stomach bloat is quickly disappearing. I feel "empty" which is new. Yay! Hope you all are seeing success!
