I’m about 17lbs up from my lowest weight, but still thought this was a huge difference!

I’m going to Egypt with my boyfriend in May, and I want to feel comfortable by the pool and beach. I want my old summer clothes to fit so I don’t have to buy more.

5’3 here too. Highest weight was 181lbs and lowest was 128. Now at 138 with a goal of about 115-118 but will re-evaluate at 120. I think I’d be comfortable about 122 but the rest are vanity pounds.

I know you want to built up with it, but I think that’s only necessary is you’re EXTREMELY unfit. Eg, can’t walk for a couple of minutes. Eh I I started, I couldn’t job the whole 60 seconds to begin with, but I slowed right down and kept up with the program, repeated weeks if I had to (but I didn’t need to), and now I run…

Definitely a difference! Look at the way your bra fits. In the before it slightly digs in, in the after it is salt to your skin.

Unfortunately they don’t have a smaller one in this make but I do think it’s too big. I’ll look for a smaller size and a brighter colour. Thanks everyone😊

There’s a gap all the way around, but the helmet itself doesn’t move. The adjustment bit of the inside fits nicely but the space between that and the actual helmet is big :(

My plan is to practice next week, haven’t got my start date yet so I’ll have time to rest it out. Just didn’t know whether to keep the padded seat, or get a new seat and cycle shorts with padding or something...

I had a sausage roll from the supermarket. Got halfway through before looking and seeing it was about 700 calories! The thing was only about 4 inches long!

5’3 here. Started at 181lbs and my lowest was 127lbs. I’m currently 141lbs and my goal is about 115-118lbs.

I don’t c25k 2 years ago and loved it. Calories counted too and lost 60lbs. Couldn’t run the first 60 seconds to begin with, now I run 30 minutes non stop 5 days a week😊

Amazing work everyone! I’m 142.2 this morning, 2.2 lbs from this year’s goal and 0.2 from a healthy BMI! Won’t be under 140 for the new year due to Christmas, but new goal of losing it by the 10th of jan. hoping to be a healthy BMI by new year though :smiley:

Put on 2lbs since last week through being ill, not running and not counting calories. So 4.8 to go.. hoping at least some of that is water weight! But if not, new goal of being under 140lbs by the 10th of Jan when my boyfriend visits😊

If I don’t feel like doing my run, just get dressed to do it. Then usually I feel like I’m already half way there so I do it anyway. And if I’m running and feel like giving up, think to myself ‘just do 20 minutes, then you can stop’, then I’m only 10 minutes away from completely my run so I just finish it anyway.

I have PCOS. I eat 1200 calories a day as well as 1/2 my exercise calories, and I eat carbs like normal. I lost 60lbs last year doing this, I didn’t do nothing special just because I have PCOS. Every body is different.

My boyfriend is coming to stay with me for 3 weeks in January (he lives in Italy), and I’m hoping to under 140lbs (5lbs to go!). It’ll be the smallest I’ve been since being with him.
