  • Loose weight when I was young and first needed too. To have gone to a dietitian and learn about food and how I should have been eating. To have not gotten to the weight i was 4 months ago. I hope my children never struggle like i, my parents, and sister have. I plan to break our cycle.

  • Spinach with raspberry vinaigrette, walnuts, feta, and strawberries. Salad with chicken, granny smith apple, and honey Dijon dressing. Taco salad with seasoned ground turkey or chicken, dressing made with Greek yogurt and salsa, 2% cheddar cheese, baked tortillas strips for crunch.
  • I am so with you. I love spinach but kale... Yuck. I tried making kale chips, tasted like eating saw dust.
  • I love the savory cottage cheese options. Cottage cheese is my new favorite food! A lot of people like it sweet with fruit, but I like it plain or savory. I eat it with salad instead if dressing. The other day I ate it with whole grain cheddar cheese goldfish!
  • I began my journey in January. I have lost 55 pounds so far. My first goal is to loose 100 pounds, but I have more to lose then that. I'm new to the mfp forums and adding friends. I could use some motivation and support!
  • Looking for support as well. I started in january. I have lost 55 pounds so far but have a long way to go.
  • I'm down 55 pounds since January. 45 more to meet my current goal of 100. I have much more to lose after that. Im not dieting, I have changed for life. I am all in. I'm not looking to go back. I follow Bob Harper's ( from the biggest loser) "skinny rules". I joined a gym and go 5 days a week, doing 1 or 2 classes a day. I…
  • Losing 100 pounds for me is my first goal. After that I would love to lose more, but for now I want something obtainable. I have lost 52 pounds since January. I have drastically changed my diet, exercise 5 days a week, and joined a gym. I have 3 little boys and am a stay at home mom. I have a bad back from a car accident 6…

My new routine is to eat a protein rich snack before 8pm and drink lots of water. I try to not eat after 8pm. Then i avoid the kitchen at all costs. I like to color in an…
  • Cottage cheese. 4% small curd and I'm extremely picky on brand. Lol. I used to eat crap and since I've been dieting this is my new favorite food!
  • I started in January at 360 pounds. I am down to 308 pounds! I have made a life change our my diet and activity levels. I would love some fitness pal friends to help with this journey.
