Good Morning! This reminds me of when eggs were considered the root of all evil. "Don't eat eggs, they'll kill you!" Carbs are just the current whipping boy, give it time.

I have a 64oz bottle that I fill and drink before, during and after my lunch and dinner. Also, meal prepping might help get you back into the swing of things, after that, try brushing your teeth after you eat, chew gum, or have a cup of tea. Usually works for me. Good Luck!!

Hi! That's my goal, to eat whole foods, and cut out most of the processed foods I used to eat daily. I'll add you as a friend. I try to pre-plan my menu and rice is involved in many recipes, but it can be replaced with chopped cauliflower very easily and not change the flavor.
