I am in, getting going again. Had dropped 35 lbs before I got pregnant with my daughter almost 3 years ago. Been holding steady since then. Things are finally to where I can focus on me a little more.

Let’s do this! I think I’ve found a balance I’m reasonably happy with at the moment. I still enjoy a meal or two out but behave for the rest of the week. It seems to be okay for now as long as I am also getting a few workouts in. Slow and steady wins the race.6 -

I did the September challenge. It was my first and I'm proud to report I lost a total of 10lbs thanks to everyone's motivation and sharing. My problem tends to be that I lose weight quick but have trouble maintaining it or losing more after a month or 2. Hoping to keep losing weight but any helpful tips would be appreciated.
