Thoughts: Here we go! As much as I believe in BIG goals, and would love to see a 5lb drop in a month, the weight is simply not coming off at that rate. I'm leaving the 5lb goal there for motivation, but I've added an intermediate goal of 2lbs. That is absolutely doable with consistency and discipline. Good luck everyone!

Let’s do this! I think I’ve found a balance I’m reasonably happy with at the moment. I still enjoy a meal or two out but behave for the rest of the week. It seems to be okay for now as long as I am also getting a few workouts in. Slow and steady wins the race.6 -

I did the September challenge. It was my first and I'm proud to report I lost a total of 10lbs thanks to everyone's motivation and sharing. My problem tends to be that I lose weight quick but have trouble maintaining it or losing more after a month or 2. Hoping to keep losing weight but any helpful tips would be appreciated.
