Tis the season of treats and sweets...
I'm trying my best to stay focused; and 'tis the season of weigh-lifting which I also have been focused on as well. I haven't weighed-in since early Sept. because I want to allow my body to go through the strength training phase: heavy muscles, false scale numbers etc...So I'm avoiding the scale until October 31st. I hope the results won't be too scary. hehe!

I'm hoping to reach the top of my maintenance by the end of this month (138). By Thanksgiving I would like to be at my goal weight and maintaining with in the 3-4 pounds (135-138) I have given myself for my crazy fluctuations. I am losing at a really slow rate though and seem to be able to mess up and get off track very easily now that I am so close. My goal this month is to stay on track everyday with only Sunday's being a little more lenient. No other cheat days for any reason!

Thoughts: Scale weight is up, 10 day average down. Slayed exercise yesterday moving furniture and still hitting half of the 6 exercises in my routine. Suspect this is just a blip. Today is a rest day.
