listened to the alarm clock (when I really wanted to sleep in), got up and got a killer workout in before going to work this morning.0

As of yesterday, I no longer take the elevator while at work.2

Instead of having a chocolate bar (which I was REALLY craving today!) I had a coffee (the only one today). I had 2.5liters of water already as it is really hot today.0

Instead of eating a whole burger at Red Robin I shared one with my husband.0

I work nights and often find its easier to pack crappy food for work and eat from vending machines.
Today I packed my lunch and dinner (I work twelve hour shifts) and all of my snacks. I logged everything in my diary as well.3 -

When I got hungry i watched the clock and made myself wait 30 minutes to see if the craving passed. It did.0

A year ago I stopped putting sugar in my coffee, but I was still having it with 1 cup of skim milk . Then I moved to putting 1/4 cup milk in it a day. This week, I'm trying to transition to having it black. I'm not enjoying it yet, but I wasn't enjoying coffee without sugar at first either!0

Pre-logged my dinner since I will be getting lunch at the cafeteria. . .this should keep me within calorie goal.1

Keeping up with my meal planning. Life happens but if I can at least eat 2 out of the 3 meals I planned I am heading in the right direction.1
