I'm usually more hungry during the day so I usually eat most of my calories then. During the week I workout at night after dinner and after my kids go to bed. On the weekends I workout in the morning before I eat breakfast.

I work out most times at night. I find I can't eat a meal and then go workout. It makes me nauseous. So I'll usually have a granola bar, hard boiled egg, or string cheese and then eat when I get home.

I go to Zumba 3 times a week for 45mins. This past month I joined a bootcamp gym and have been going 2-3 times a week for an hour. I also do 30DS and do my elliptical in between going to the gym. I plateued at ~55lbs. I stayed at that loss for almost 3 months before I really changed up my exercise and I'm finally losing weight again.

So weighed in this morning and I'm the same as last week. But I officially lost exactly 5lbs this month. SW: 169 CW: 164 I can't complain about a 5lb loss.

I hate pictures of myself in general. I've lost 56lbs so far yet I am still overweight. I think I look better in pictures but look worse naked if that makes sense. So I'm more self conscious about that. I feel better. I have more energy and am able to do more things though, which really pushes me to keep going.

We don't open anything until Halloween. If the bag isn't open, it's not as much of a temptation. Then I let my kids pick out a few items they want and I bring the rest to work with me. My co-workers will demolish it in less than a day so I don't have to worry about munching on it.

My Elliptical at home was saying that I was burning around 650/700 calories every time. When I bought the HRM and used it the first time it said I burned 450/500. That's a pretty big difference. So glad I bought mine.

It's my TOM and I gained back 2 of the 2.5lbs I lost last week. I'm trying to drink a ton of water and hopefully in the next couple of days I will be back down.

I can't eat anything substantial if I'm going to be doing cardio in the morning. It makes me sick. So I either eat nothing or eat a string cheese before working out.

I was in a 22/24 when I started losing weight. I was 220, but I am short, only 5' tall.

Sept 1st -- 169 Sept 9th -- 166.5 Hoping to be able to keep going. I seem to keep losing/gaining the same 3lbs. Hopefully this time it will just keep going down.

I have an elliptical at home and I went on it for 30mins the other night. The machine said I burned 700 calories, my HRM said I burned 339. MFP seems to be pretty on most of the time for me.

I have a 1Liter bottle on my desk at work. I fill it up at night and stick it in the fridge so it's nice and cold when I get to work in the morning. I'm 5' and I started at 219.8lbs. Right now I'm down to 165ish and thought I'd be happier here. This is the weight I was when I got married and felt so much better about myself. So now I'm aiming for 145. I would love to be a size 10/12 ideally.
