lol @crazyravr - good idea - I would feel the same way - not interested in going when it's really busy thanks @stevepaul0404 - I'm not interested in the massage chairs or tanning either :)

Thanks @kathrynjean_ :smile: I've heard similar reviews from others. I'm just starting out - never joined a gym before so I don't even know what to look for. Sounds like it might suit my needs for now.

Feel off completely yesterday... It was my 19th wedding anniversary and we went to the local Italian restaurant we like - I decided to enjoy myself and not worry too much about what I was eating... big mistake! I felt so gross the rest of the night! Right back at it today :blush:

My Doctor told me to try to hit 50 - I thought I would go lower - I don't like it so I haven't been doing well - I'm going to try 50 this week :)

Still on the wagon but with one foot dangling ;) Have started walking again (3-5km/day) and hope to work on a meal plan for next week. Need to keep it simple and not let my mistakes derail me altogether. One day at a time L <3
