tinned or fresh tomato tomato puree (if required) crushed garlic onion mushroom quorn mince seasoning olive oil fry off mince and onions in tiny amount of olive oil, add the rest of ingredients, leave to simmer whilst you cook the spaghetti. 20 mins max , easy to do, healthy , high protein good luck

Hi. I'm attempting to gain weight also. I've been taking in 3000 calories a day, good ones - nuts, pasta , advocado , tuna, chicken , spinach etc I've been at it for 3 weeks and not put an ounce on , let me know how you get on. I don't think you can do anything about stressful family, i cant about mine ! :) Maybe some good music and headphones. Try drinking lots of water to keep you feeling full, or having chewing gum, fools the brain into thinking you're eating, apparently. Try and stick to clean foods, rice, pasta, roast skinless chicken etc.…

Hi, coffeeshops in Amsterdam you can buy cakes that have cannabis in. They're called Space Cakes. Personally im not a smoker, i once had a space cake , it just made my friend and I laugh for hours

Magnesium tablets, try and avoid ones with Magnesium oxide in, takes longer for the body to absorb. The tablets are cheap and available at most places, helps with cramps, sleep and normal function of the muscles and the nervous system
