Despite on having maintained a consistent workout regime, I've failed multiple times to stand up and do something. However, I would advice you to start with smaller attainable goals before you jump higher. As for now, am on my 3week everyday workout. It becomes not an obligation anymore but something to do to make life…

I've found working out from home needs me to stick to HIIT. Since inner motivation can be quite a challenge, whenever am down I come to MFP for the spike. Still, working with others has incredible ulterior positive effects.

Bananas, Greek yogurt, Oats, (Grilled Chicken Brocolli) and sweet potatoes. The whole grain bread, dry fruits or trail mix. The short list of foods covers easy digestible pre-workout snacks and a meal in brackets. I hope it was helpful

It's not always so much fun to leave something we enjoy for a workout. However, the aftermath benefits of exercise are what make us leave our comfort zones. Nothing grows from there, we should learn to challenge ourselves to get up. Come to MFP and learn from others' diaries, maybe you can get the wake up call to the gym.

No, and at times I record less of my workouts so as to feel like am less exaggerating. With this being said, I personally believe it's important to always do more than what we just write, however writing it all also gives one better chances understanding specific exercises.

Yes, working out to move your body whenever you can is something you can surely do that can be very beneficial the time you visit a gym. I always wanted to go to the gym, then I calibrated strength training in my schedule at home. For the past few minutes I've been wanting to go lift so bad.

It's always good to know that you are never alone in such battles. Depression and anxiety are common problems in our societies. I've struggled to do anything when depressed. I still struggle from time to time and happen to dwell in old bad habits because of this, however the first time I realized the issue I started…

I find it quite amusing to cheat the brain and tell it of all the additional benefits. More of GAINS, if I think next time am swimming this is how I would like to look like. Perhaps, sometimes thinking of how I'd feel having a full week of working out. The additional benefits are incomparable. It kinda gives you the drive,…

I find it interesting to body build, critical times are when shredding off some pounds to adjust your work out. I clearly was being poor in having the right diet. However I found out HIIT working well for me. I train anytime of the day and challenge my mind to do better.

I found it hard to gain. I knew it was because I didn't eat well. Work stress also led to a constant drop of my weight, wasn't sleeping very well. My sleeping patterns were terrible, and I was slow inactivity. I slept more often, didn't take the work stress over and over. I also ate more than two meals a day, where…
