Scrambled eggs mixed through with chive and onion cottage cheese. Yep, it looks like cat sick but it's quick to knock up, very tasty and a good protein hit. :)

+1 for the salted caramel Nakd nibbles mentioned above as well. I think they are expensive for what you get but they are very nice. Gluten free as well if that is an issue.

Picked this up in Sainbury's in UK. Never be as good as home made jerky but this one of the better commercial shop bought efforts I've tried. They also have a Thai chilli flavour.

Yep, that was my thoughts about feeling sluggish in the day but then after reading some stuff online many seem to suggest that the body adjusts to this feeling. It is quite interesting how the whole idea of traditional eating patterns have been set, cereal etc for breakfast and bigger evening meal etc.

Yeah, as the thread seems to be suggesting it really is an individual thing and what works best for each person. From my perspective I did highlight that after my evening meal I had a tendency to snack/graze an awful lot before bed. Obviously now I am on MFP I will be counting calories now anyway which would stop…

I think I could eat grilled halloumi for every day of my life and never tire of it. :)

From a logical and scientific point of view it is claimed that a calorie is a calorie and it doesn't matter to the body when it is consumed. Strictly speaking these aren't new but well worth checking out. Lots of different varieties but this one my favourite. They are a tad pricey for what they are but I've seen them on offer a few times and tend to grab them then.

Have you tried swimming? Low impact and excellent to build up a base level of cardio-vascular fitness.
