simple pumpkin protein overnight oats: 1/2 cup oats, 1 Scoop casein protein, 1 serving fat free sugar free pudding mix, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, sweetener and cinnamon, 3/4 cup almond or cashew milk. mix all ingredients thoroughly and cover/re-frigate overnight.

Protein cookie dough: Half cup of canned pumpkin, 2 tbs powdered peanut butter, 1 scoop whey, packet of zero cal sweetener of choice, 2 tbs coconut flour, 1 tbs chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons milk of choice, mix all ingredients in a large bowl thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 30 mins and enjoy.

Yes they are tasty and I eat them occasionally as a snack . There essentially a candy bar with added vitamins and minerals. But if it fits your macros and cals for the day and u really enjoy them then go to town.

Maybe it was already suggested but quest bars, carmel corn rice cakes, dried apricots, blending up some protein powder with frozen fruit. These are all somewhat healthier options to get your sweet tooth a fix.
