  • All of this. I have a great bunch of folks, although not too many, on my friends list including a couple of "ghost friends" I'll be deleting. Number of friends does not equate to easier weight loss or better fitness. The quality of those friends can have an impact though, especially if you're having an off day.

  • 30-90 minutes including stretches, warmups etc.
  • I switch up a lot. I usually do a mix of strength/body weight workouts, but it's just Athlean X Xero for 6 weeks now, + a pull up routine. It's plenty varied enough to keep boredom from setting in.
