And halo top is less carbs I recently bought some that had 19 carbs per 1/2 cup. So I won't buy that anymore

I made a decent keto ice cream for 1!! 1/2 heavy whipping cream .5 tbs cocoa Stevia sweater to taste. It was pretty good too.

Deff can't be the seasoning for the Spanish rice I season my Spanish rice the same way I season my chicken when I'm doing full keto. And it Deff seems to be happening even when I eat rice not seasoned. I just know tomorrow I'm going back to keto.

I just started keto 3 days ago and have lost 2.4 pounds already. And if I was just calorie counting i would have stopped losing because of my monthly. My weight does not flucate so much anymore. I am feelling a little off but I am told thats normal till you actual get into ketosis

Oh but my Chinese is also take out so I eat it at home so I can separate the food and measure it in a way and use mfp. For eating that that is the ONLY meal I eat that day because that whole meal is like 1100 calories

I weigh all my food. I eat out once a month because I love chinese food and I only drink water. And Yeah I'm either at my calorie limit or slightly under.

Im 5' 1.5" and have to eat 1200 calories or under to lose if i eat over i gain.

It started me at 1267 for some reason but now im at 1200 calories. But from the first pic to the second pic is not all weight loss done with mfp. I really cant believe i use to be that big.

They only help to hide the chub I wear them when I go out to look and feel good. They do help you sweat more in the tummy region.

I quit but I vape now so im only getting nicotine and at the lowest mg. I did not gain weight when I quit. If anything I lost weight I recently had a set back and smoked a whole pack in two days but now im back to my vape and no withdrawal thank god for that.
