Whelp… I've had a few good weeks building some consistency and not being all willy-nilly over the place, incorporating healthy habits that are important and sustainable to me, doing more 16 hour fasts, getting over 10,000 steps/day and integrating many of Dr. Greger’s daily dozen into my diet. I was so happy to make the…

Greetings Team! I haven't posted in a while. I've been keeping up on posts but not feeling very talkative. Happy to be back in the 160's yet again. Working on consistency so I'll stay this time around. Basically walking around with blinders on as far as eating goes to avoid temptation and well... to block out the whole…

Very pretty country where you're at @Melzz19. My husband worked in Williston on the DAPL for a while and I kick myself for not hiking more while he was out there. Hey @gingerpwr I live in the Bitterroot!! Hope you had a chance to hike Blodgett Canyon while you were here... its gorgeous. Glacier is spectacular. Next you'll…

nstephenson01 Week 1? PW: 171 CW 174.4 Smack dab in the middle of TOM but haven't seen this number on the scale in over a year so feeling pretty defeated. I don't think I misbehaved that bad this past week but I need to be better disciplined and focused. Onto next week...

nstephenson01 Week 5 Thursday PW: 172.8 CW: 171 Weekly steps: 85,401 May have seen a bigger loss but we cooked stir fry for dinner which I know not to do before weigh in day as the sodium in the soy sauce makes me retain water so I'm happy with this loss. Been focusing on eating more fruits & veggies as well as drinking…

nstephenson01 Thursday Week 4 PW: 169.4 CW: 172.8 Weekly Steps: 98,161 Today's weigh in is disappointing but not unexpected. Because its so warm, we've been grilling every night. My husband doesn't like chicken so we're eating more beef and pork than I usually do. I imagine the marinade and spice rubs contain quite a bit…

nstephenson01 Week 3 Thursday PW: 169.6 CW: 169.4 Weekly steps: 108,742 Haven't been 100% committed to my weight loss goals following my birthday and the 4th of July holiday. Nstephenson01 Thursday Week 1 PW: 168.8 CW: 170.8 Weekly steps: 81,191 Retaining so much water I feel like a hippopotamus. Must be PMS. I don’t feel like I weigh 170.8 and my clothes don’t fit like I gained 2 lbs so not really trusting the scale. Eating has been mostly OK, water and exercise are good but its been a…

I have tried so many times to access this page without success that I just gave up. I've been all willy nilly the past couple of days. Steps and exercise are on point but I haven't logged my food and although I've been skipping breakfast I haven't set my IF app so don't know how long my fasts have been. I do so much better…

nstephenson01 Thursday Week 4 PW: 168.6 CW: 168.8 Actually quite pleased with this weigh in as my biggest goal for June was to get into and remain in the 160's. It was higher in the week due to too much sodium but I worked hard to overcome that. Goal for July will be to get lower into the 160's.

@freeglerock Love the pictures of your garden and harvest!! Nice loss this week also!! @sleepymom5 LOL I don't think I've ever managed 3 servings of beans! But I have been better about including them in my diet. I like meat/dairy/eggs too much which is why I strive for only 50% of his recommended daily dozen. Tuesday check…

Hello Team and Happy Monday!! Its a much welcomed warm and sunny day here. We had 5 days of rain and I still managed 98,925 steps last week. I'm so over the rain! While my garden seems to prefer rain water to well water, it really needs heat so I'm happy it actually feels like summer. Being back in the 160's makes me feel…

Daily check in for Friday Food: 14:10 IF. We got Thai takeout last night for dinner. It was delicious and I ate a bit beyond full.
