I'm noticing that, too. The over-full feeling is very unpleasant so I dwell there when it happens, to remember. I think that when I'm in social/celebratory situations I'm going to just eat very slowly, that might take care of it for me.

Yum! I used to make something like those with dates, nuts, dried cherries, cocoa & a touch of triple sec but an orange flavoring would work, too. Dangerous to have around. :p

Super good job! I've given up figuring out why/when the weight comes off. I haven't really lost anything in about 5 days, but I can feel my lower ribs all of a sudden so I know it's still working. :)

Doing pretty good! Still have 1 tub of coffee creamer some mornings. Had 1oz of cashews 2 nights because I wasn't feeling well & knew I wouldn't be able to sleep if I didn't have something. I want to fast eventually for health & spiritual reasons but I'm going to wait a little while. As along as things are moving along as they should, I think I'll save it as a tool for when I may need one.

That wrap looks great! The filling reminds me of something I used to do once in a while when I did LC. I put olive tapenade on a Wasa cracker, top with parmesan and then put under the broiler for just a bit. Sounds odd but they were SO good. Drat, now I have to go get the stuff, lol.
