Sorry. I was using my voice recorder. When I go to restaurants, and search for food... instance Buffalo Wild Wings, only 3-4 good items pop Up. When I go to search under restaurants for food nothing pops up. I use to get their whole menu.... it’s happening on all my restaurants I put in.

Congratulations for losing the weight. You DID IT!! Now it’s time to maintain. Ask around here find a dietician or a nutritionist and have someone help you to figure out how to slowsly add back calories and be okay with that. Day 4. I have the idea already in my head that I want to drink Saturday and 4th of July.... what I’m scared is that it will be a domino effect and I’ll just keep going on everyday. Just like food. Once I step off the train it lasts for awhile until I get back on.

Idk if there is a true way. I’m going to scale wayyyyyy back and either do it just Friday or Saturday night or if there is something going on that month save for that. I use to never drink them just once a month and the last 2-3 months daily
