Is it Common to not see a weight drop

I’ve been holding right at 150.8 then it goes to 150.2 then 150. Within a matter of 4-6 days. I might be due to ovulate or already have. I’m tracking / weighing , measuring everything. Yes I know weight loss isn’t linear just waiting for that to go to the next lb

Over how long a period have you stayed stable? What are your stats and goal weight? Were you losing before this?

Okay thanks! And yes I was losing consistently the past two weeks. I’ll keep trucking on.

I really like using the Happy Scale app on my phone. You input your weight stats every day (or however often you weigh yourself.) It generates a graph that shows a gentle arc in the direction of your weight loss. That way, I don't get discouraged when I have fluctuations. Definitely women retain some weight during their ovulation cycle, so once you move through that time period you're likely to see some downward movement again on your scale. You're right to just keep on doing what you're doing!

You lost 0.8 in 4-6 days. This is a success, not a problem!
