I’ve been holding right at 150.8 then it goes to 150.2 then 150. Within a matter of 4-6 days. I might be due to ovulate or already have. I’m tracking / weighing , measuring everything. Yes I know weight loss isn’t linear just waiting for that to go to the next lb

Over how long a period have you stayed stable? What are your stats and goal weight? Were you losing before this?0

Weight loss is not linear but I believe fat loss is. If you are in a deficit the results are always around the next corner. It is just hard to know when that corner is going to be from one person to the next.
I have a lot of control over what I eat so I have a pattern that emerged of seeing a new low weight about every 3 weeks. I can almost bank on it... until I can't. Even though that is what is normal for me it isn't a lock for predictability. I was so shocked to see a new low weight earlier this week (way ahead of schedule) I thought something was wrong for a moment. The opposite is more likely though. Not that long ago we had a very negative family event and I went all the way to the top of my fluctuation range because of stress and eating out more. When I do that it takes longer to finally get back down again. I always see my new low eventually because my logging is pretty accurate.
So to answer your question... I have seen enough people come through here asking about this to know this is very common. In fact, it is kind of odd when a person shows up that claims to have lost weight in a more linear fashion for an extended amount of time.5 -
Okay thanks! And yes I was losing consistently the past two weeks. I’ll keep trucking on.0

I really like using the Happy Scale app on my phone. You input your weight stats every day (or however often you weigh yourself.) It generates a graph that shows a gentle arc in the direction of your weight loss. That way, I don't get discouraged when I have fluctuations. Definitely women retain some weight during their ovulation cycle, so once you move through that time period you're likely to see some downward movement again on your scale. You're right to just keep on doing what you're doing!4

You lost 0.8 in 4-6 days. This is a success, not a problem!4
