Hey! Why do my goals change if I surpass them? I have them set specifically and when I look it says carbs goal set to 31g under main homepage where you put goals, calories...but when I pass it like today it says goal under nutrition total 35 ..-2 goal 37

do you count exercise calories? if so, that's why it changes. I set all my exercise to 1 calorie for exactly that reason.5

Like the poster above said it is from the added exercise. Macros make the calories. Carbs are 4cal per gram, protein is 4cal per gram and fat is 9 cal per gram. If you add 200cal exercise then your allowance changes to 200cal more. So you need to eat 200cal more worth of carb, prot and fat in the same proportion that you have set in goals.
For example if you've set 30% to be fat then 30% of 200cal is 60cal worth of fat which is around 6gr more fat.3 -
Oh okay! I don’t set it I guess my Fitbit is connected so it sends data and it must adjust accordingly0

So even though it changes, I don’t eat more carbs.. fats or proteins correct?0
