I eat the same boring stuff super frequently, but I'm a fan of 4oz of lean protein (usually chicken or a black bean burger patty) with 1/2 cup of carb (brown rice or sweet potato are my go-to) and 1 cup of veggies (green beans, cauliflower/brocc mix, steamed veggies, etc.) Usually works out to around 300 cals.

Cool, thanks for the input. I just wanted to make sure that what I was doing wasn't harming my body or my ability to keep building on my mileage for runs. I'm training for a half in October but I feel comfortable going fasted for my training runs now. We'll see what I feel like at 11+ :)

Does Polar sync to MFP? I haven't used that, I've only used my Fitbit and my Garmin running watch. If it syncs in, you won't need to eat your cals back as MFP is accounting for those and would show them to you if you needed them.
