This week - 214 Seriously have been sick - have been craving carbs and not exercising- for a whole month!!! Got to get back on track!! This is the most I’ve weighed in awhile. Today I’m going to track on fitness pal and start there!!

This week - 215 Back to it!!! Took a month off from thinking about weight and food.Gained some but not beating myself up. I love January - the beginning of a year -time to reflect and plan. Love it!!! Off to aZumba class. Let’s go!!!
