  • Hello! I have PCOS too. It suuuuucks! I don’t think you will find a calculator. What you will find is studies saying PCOS can cause a lower metabolism. MAYBE up to 400 less in certain people. Just be warned that I put stuff down randomly since I fast - so ‘lunch’ may not be at lunch :) And right now because of my 5 day fast I’m letting myself go a bit above my usual carbs with fruit.   • Side note. I love in the US that I can go to coffee shops and ask for heavy cream and they have it. So I can get a 1/2 heavy cream and 1/2 water lattee and it is all keto ;)

  • Not to depress anyone. But some things cause you need less calories. PCOS I know can be as much as 400 a day less in some people - I looked this up and found it in studies a while back. So if you have some other process going on you may want to see if you need to adjust your BMR a little.
  • If you want a breakfast sandwich...you can prepare keto bread ahead of time and freeze. I use a muffin top tin to make small pieces and frozen the bread bun recipe from ruled me. And I believe you can make egg rounds and freeze too. Jimmy dean does it. Then microwave and stick together :) so it is something a bit different…

  • Agree with @booksnbrains - also a crustless quiche cut up into slices. Both allow you to add anything keto you want!
  • I used the calculator on Ruled Me. You can put in calorie deficit and it will help tell you net carb intake. Good luck!
