It was helpful to me last summer. Once my schedule ch aged it wasn't quite right for me. Look at it as a lifestyle and not a diet. I burned fat and had more energy than normal. I plan on eating that way once summer starts.

Stretch marks are beautiful in their own way. It tells more about a women's strength that her muscles.

I have found great success in 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. Eat about .8 to 1x bodyweight in protein grams.

I have been using creatine on and off for nearly 20 years. I have seen nothing but positive benefits. I first starting using it in high school and noticed a huge difference in how long I could workout and the strength gains during that time.

Sometimes a lot of our tummy is just water weight retention. Check your sodium levels to see if they are too high. In the summer it's not usually a problem because being outside and sweating helps flush it out.
