Today is my Birthday... I weight 155pounds, 5'3'' height.. I usually wear a size 10-12 Tees... today my friend gifted me a size 16-18Tee... i am the younger in the group and i am the fat one.. i felt very sad inside cause my friend thinks i am fatttttt(size 18) and i am not OK with that.. i DONT wanna be the fat one…

hehe i knw i had finished all the icecream in my home but still i am joining this today!!! it s never too late... No sugars from morning. Am planning to have just fruits and no sugar no sweetners no chocolates and definitely no icecreams.... am not a big fan of soda's so am good :wink: :wink:

I do binge but not tooooo much.... and i guess sometimes is ok for me... and yes binging has reduced a lot coz of OMAD and the reason that I don't like the feeling of burning calories after binging... :smile:

Well said @blambo61 ... better to take coconut oil rather eating chocokates...
