You might want to get your iron checked. I had that problem and it turned out I was actually very anemic. I took iron supplements and got checked again, back to normal, and haven’t had that problem again since.

Leg day today was great - I felt great after (not so much during). I think I need bigger bands too.
-
I’m doing it too. Just finished Day 4 and I love it! Now if I can figure out how to get the fitness bands to stop rolling... I’m just doing the exercise and not the eating plan. I follow Paleo for eating.

I also drink a lot of water. 2 to 3 liters of water minimum per day.

So far today: for breakfast I had 2 pieces of bacon, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 smallish banana. Snack of 1 apple. Lunch of 2 cups chopped kale, 1 TBLS dried unsweetened cranberries and 1 TBLS pumpkin seeds, 6 oz shredded chicken breast with vinegar and 1tsp oil as dressing. Haven't eaten dinner yet but planning on 2 cups…

Instead of thinking low carb, I would suggest thinking whole food and food as fuel instead. What I mean by this is eat food as close to its natural form as possible and get rid of the processed stuff that isn't going to make you feel full. I don't have any problems eating a sweet potato for example which is technically…

Go Bucks! And congrats - great job and keep it going.

I've been doing Piyo consistently using Beachbody OnDemand (online) since the end of April 2017 (along with tracking on my fitness pal and sticking to around a 1200 cal diet). I love Piyo and definitely feel stronger. I've lost around 15 lbs so far - 5 lbs away from goal weight. I didn't measure inches but there's a…

And drink at least 2 liters of water every day.

Try logging it before you eat it - for everything. Also try to limit alcohol (since that reduces your ability to control yourself) and don't drink your calories. This helps me with self control.
-
I love Piyo and they're low impact too. I really see a difference.
-
Also drink a ton of water - at least 2 to 3 liters a day.

Give yourself a little break - your body just went through a lot! Eat foods that are healthy and that will help milk supply - fruits, veggies, protein, healthy fats (oatmeal and beer helped me a lot with milk supply). Enjoy your new baby and don't stress so much about your weight or body. Start with walking and diet and…

I tried this when I did WW but it didn't work for me so I wanted to give you another alternative to consider. I agree about calories in calories out. You can certainly lose weight that way if you have a calorie deficit and I did. What I found though was that my carbs/low fat food tended to be more processed food that just…

Log it in MFP BEFORE you eat it - makes you take a second to think about whether you want it. What really helps me is a paleo type diet - those whole unprocessed foods aren't junk and take a lot longer to break down so I'm not hungry like I was when on weight watchers or eating low calorie but empty calorie foods. I also…

48 pounds is amazing. That's equivalent to the size of an average 6 year old. So you lost weight equal to the size of a whole 6 year old child. Let that sink in for a minute!

I lost weight on weight watchers but was always hungry and felt like I was eating a lot of empty calories (processed food). I switched to a paleo type diet about a year ago and feel better and am not starving all the time but it wasn't very conducive to WW. It is conducive to MFP for me anyway.

I had the same problem. I will drink it if it's carbonated so I bought a soda stream and drink 2 to 3 liters a day,
-
I'm on week 3 of Piyo and definitely notice a difference. Not in scale weight but exercises are getting easier, clothes are looser, and my core feels firmer.
-
I also do beachbody on demand but I'm not a coach. I don't do shakes or anything - just the workouts. I'm on my 3rd week of Piyo and really like it.

I drink 2 to 3 liters a day. I love my soda stream because I only really like carbonated water. If it's carbonated I'll drink it. I also drink a few cups of coffee in the morning but I don't count that in my water intake.
