Most likely the issue here, you will be surprised at how fast things add up when you start logging meals and using a food scale.

Kids will let you know things need to change lol, they can be so brutal without knowing it. Anyways congrats on the loss, esp not going with the surgery. My mom had surgery and it worked great but lots of food makes her sick and the farts are beyond toxic.

Tried c4, wasn't a fan and the crap turns Rock solid pretty quick. Like coffee alot more. Can't use either now, which sucks as I'm a zombie in the morning.

Lotto winner so I can spend my time doing what I love to do and not treat any of it like work. Probably spend alot of time fishing and hunting all over the USA and Canada as well as mountain biking and dirt bike riding like crazy.

My neck, back and hip are hurting me this week. I just cut my calories a little sense I'm not burning much sitting at my desk all day. I don't like working out when my injuries flared up so if I'm delayed a week while I heal so be it, world won't end.

Minus my morning workout I'm on my butt all day long, really miss being on my feet all day at work. I walk the building at lunch and go to the more distant bathrooms. Up stairs. Minus that not much else can be done. Won't walk outside in this area, to many drug addicts and beggers.

Buy a food scale, worth every penny and they don't cost much to begin with.

27, no kids, at work right now and want to be around 255 pounds and currently sitting at 216. Just want to be skinny for once in my life and be able to attack the bike trails harder during mountain bike season. Plus I need to shave my head soon and don't want to look like Budda lol.

I tell my fat a** to get to the basement and workout. Usually I do what I tell myself to, sometimes I don't and make sure I'm at least tracking the food as that is the killer. Amazing how fast weight comes back when you don't log

My uncle was a heavy smoker and went on chantix, never had the urge to smoke since. He told my grandparents to give it a shot as they we're really heavy smokers since they were in their teens. They both haven't smoke since and the house doesn't stink anymore :) They said the dreams were pretty nuts but worth it.

Been struggling this week myself, good on my eatting but lacking motivation to work out, feeling pretty down this week and my focus is elsewhere. Still forcing myself to do it but hoping next week my mind will get back in the game and it won't feel like a chore. Weather is getting nice here again so that motivation for me…

Giving up isn't going to help, get back in the game and try the best you can. Think alot of people fall of the wagon along the way. Life happens, injuries happen, when things are back to normal came back and keep going.

Though the injuries took me out I should have still been logging meals, hard not to snack when your stuck resting for long periods. Need to stop that or hire someone to kick my butt if I start gorging myself again :)

I fell off as well, my back, neck and right shoulder suck. Was good until I went kayaking, for some reason I get a really bad burning at the base of my neck, like a wasp stinging me over and over when I kayak. I started p90x again this week and after the first two days everything hurt lol. Took wed off and slept in and back at it today and feel the right amount of sore. First week always sucks for me

They work but I like weights ALOT more. Turned my bands into a pull-up assist and they do a good job in that area :)

I don't bring it up to anyone, don't see the need. If they say it looks like I'm slimming down I say thanks. Can't say I'm embarrassed by it, more embarrassed I let myself get to where I'm at now.

Dentist says Im grinding. Just need to start using my retainer more so I'm not going tooth to tooth. Should help but not solve the issue.

Staying on track is the hard part, esp having to log everything I eat gets old after a few months. Is what it is though esp since I now sit all day at work, its more critical now then ever.

When I start working out alot I gain a few pound then start dropping. Body is going to hold water.

Yup, seems like alot of people get really upset that they worked out for a week and didn't lose 5 pounds. Takes time and consistency. But man it would be nice if it came off that fast safely :)
