If you have hit a plateau then maybe you need a higher calorie deficit now that your weight is low so you could try reducing your calorie intake a little or exercise for an hour rather than 30 minutes. Welldone on incredible weight loss

I count calories religiously and try to count macros but don't worry too much about macros if I go a little bit over as long as I am within my calorie allowance

1000 calories a day are fine especially because you are 5 feet . I'm 5 feet and 5 inches and once had to go on a 1000 calories a day because otherwise my weight would decrease anymore because I was very close to my ideal weight

I eat 3 meals a day consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner. That is quite tricky as my daily allowance is 1200 calories . So I usually eat a medium breakfast, light lunch and a heavy dinner so that I can sleep well.
